The idea for our KidStuff Salsa came from an 8 year old who ask why all salsa was hot and couldn't there be a salsa that taste good but had no heat. So for KIDS from 2 to 102, if you like the flavor of salsa but don't care for the heat this one is for you. We use New Mexico's mild green chili to keep the flavor without heat.

Our other two salsas are made with New Mexico hot green chili and jalapeno. The medium has a kick but the Hot has habanero powder added for a more intense heat.

The Holy Smokes Hot Sauce is a combination of sweet and heat. Pineapple provides the sweet with cayenne, habanero and chipotle providing the heat.

Our Green Chile Stew is a "meal in a bottle". It contains green chile, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and spices. However we like to add it to beef, pork and chicken for a wonderful bowl of Green Chile Stew. Using your favorite meat a meal is as simple as cooking the meat to tenderness desired, add the bottle of Green Chile stew, simmer 30 min, serve with warm flour tortillas or cornbread.
